At FreshCut Paper, we want you to be completely delighted with your life-sized paper bouquets. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused paper bouquets and cards back into their original protective sleeves and shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
