How do I set up my FreshCut Paper bouquet?
Setting up your bouquet is easy! Simply remove the card from the envelope, give it a gentle squeeze to open the base, and it will stand upright on any flat surface. No water or assembly required.
Are the envelopes included with the flowers?
Yes, every FreshCut Paper bouquet comes with a matching decorative envelope and a blank coordinating note card for your personalized message.
How much does it cost to mail a bouquet?
Most of our standard bouquets can be mailed via USPS using four Forever stamps (or equivalent postage). We recommend checking with your local post office for specific weight and thickness requirements.
Is your paper sustainably sourced?
We are committed to the environment. All our products are made from 100% recyclable paper sourced from FSC-certified forests, and we plant a tree for every bouquet sold.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your flowers. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
